Inspire Staff threw paint on the walls of the Ceramic Studio today, literally! The walls now reflect the bright and vibrant creative world of Inspire and its going ons. We're excited to see how our Summer students will like it!  Come and check it out!

The last art field trips for Lamar Elementary are coming up soon, and we are looking forward to sharing some of the fantastic artwork from this year with you all! We will be posting some pictures on our Facebook page, as well as here on our website! So stand by to see some Inspired artwork by our creative Lamar students!

Thank you so much to everyone came out to support Inspire at our Blossoms & Blooms Art Festival this past Saturday! We hope you enjoyed a great day of creative fun with us! We would also like to sincerely thank Councilwoman Ivy Taylor for being the judge for our recycled flower artwork.

Just a quick thank you to all of the students, instructors, families, and friends who made it out to the student art show last Thursday night! We had a great time and hope you did as well. That was some truly awe-Inspiring artwork!

Spring is in air and Inspire's garden is blooming! Lynn Denzer, an Inspire Instructor, captured the beautiful Trumpet flowers in watercolor this weekend. This painting is part of Lynn's Gorilla Exotica group to be exhibited at High Wire Gallery on April 12th. Lynn will have a great bunch of classes offered this Summer in mixed media and watercolor. Be sure to keep an eye out!

We had a blast learning about Dia De Los Muerto and creating skeletons and sugar skulls with the 1st and 4th graders from Lamar Elementary last week! These fast paced field trips are an exciting experience, and we thank both the Inspire Instructors and wonderful Lamar teachers and volunteers for making these activities possible.     

We have installed our Bottle Tree into our garden entrance! Welded & created by our Executive Director Susan Montagna, Facilities Manager Charles Ingram, and welding instructors C'leste Villarreal & Randy Schwartz! Come by and check it out!

Everyone at Inspire has been so welcoming and accommodating! The Art Instructors, Laura Schultz & Ricardo Lara, have been amazing all week with Eva's Heroes participants!

    Inspire had a blast creating colorful and crazy paper sculptures with the 4th graders from Lamar Elementary! We learned about the difference between representational and abstract artwork, and how to turn and twist a 2D material like paper into a dynamic 3D sculpture!

  Students from our Winter Session (January 30th-April 18th) displayed some of the pieces they've been busy creating in class! We had work from the Adult, Senior, Youth and Childrens classes represented. Students not only surprised themselves with what they've learned this session but also with their amazing finished pieces. The studio was full of friends and family of Inspire and students, with delicious food and great music! See more pictures from t...

About Free Family Art Day: “Passport to Inspiration” Family Art Day series happens on the second Saturday of every month and is a part of our focus on community outreach.At the first visit participants will receive a passport.
